Survival of the un-fittest.
Pasta (usually something adapted from Julia Busuttil Nishimura) has been on heavy rotation as of late – ravioli, more specifically, as it has proven a useful tool for surviving lockdown whilst cooking all meals, every day with your partner in a small apartment kitchen. Someone rolls the dough, someone makes the filling and then two pairs of hands make light work of folding and shaping. A mindful activity and rather forgiving dish which results in a delicious – and more importantly, peaceful – meal. Huzzah.
